Let’s get ready to sell! READ THIS FIRST


  • All inventory will be verified at Consignor Drop Off!! Friday, November 17th from 9am-7pm, at 607 Old Steese Highway, Cornerstone Mall (College & Old Steese), backside of mall, next to Blush Moon Boutique! Drop off spots are available now! ONLY 1 DAY for Drop Offs! Please contact me if other arrangements need to be made.
  • All inventory must meet Kid’s Closet Connection standards and will be clean, free from holes, stains, missing pieces, recalls, etc.
  • Items have a minimum listing price of $3.00. If an item is worth less than that baseline, please bundle it with complementary items OR save for our next in-person event. Think same type, size, brand, etc.
  • Up to 5 photos per lot. First/Cover photo must display all items for sale in that lot. Take as many pics as you can and include dimensions, brands, all sizes, and details as you can. This WILL improve your sales!
  • No mixed sizes in lots. ie: 2T only, not 2T-4T mixed sizes in one lot.
  • The last 3 days of the sale will be 25-50% off days IF item is selected to be discounted. Shoppers WILL NOT be able to tell what items are going to be on sale later.
  • During the sale you may continue to add items, edit prices, and select items to sell half off and we encourage this to keep the sale fresh!
  • For clarity, please keep lots individually bagged.  
    • Attach actual item tag to bag with clear tape.
    • Large items should have item tag attached.
    • No hangers are needed, but please fold clothes nicely and bag. Any soft item (stuffies, blankets, clothing) must be securely bagged.
    • Remember to use masking tape for books, games, puzzles etc.
  • Shoppers are encouraged to inspect items at pickup. If inventory doesn't meet buyer AND sale standards the shopper will be refunded- and inventory returned. Any returned, defective, or rejected item will assess a $5.00 per item charge taken out of final payout. This includes items sold but not delivered, duplicates, etc.
  • There is a $7.50 Consignor Participation Fee for this event. Consignors using our Online format will earn 75% of sales! Fees are taken from the earnings Deluxe Checks payment after items have been picked up and approved.
  • Make sure to spread the news of this sale far and wide! We will be offering delivery for a fee and shipping for cost---so tell your friends and family outside or in other parts of Alaska!
  • By registering to sell with Kid's Closet Connection, you are agreeing to accept communication from us in various ways, including but not limited to email, social media, and text messaging (SMS and/or MMS).

How it Works

  1. Sign up as a consignor!
  2. You will be taken to “My Closet”, where you can “Add Items” to your inventory. Note: All new items added will be added to your “Pending Inventory”. Once approved by KCC, your items will be added to your “Active Inventory”. These are the items that will show on our Sales Portal.
  3. Upload ONLY top-quality items in new or nearly new condition! Our shoppers are picky!
  4. You can add up to five photos of your item.  Make sure to take photos in a well-lit area, with no distractions in the background.
  5. The minimum price for items is $3.00, and you can elect if you want your items discounted on our discount days.
  6. You can "edit" your price during the live sale.
  7. You will receive an email every time something sells.
  8. From the “View Sold Items”, click “View Details” where you can print your SOLD ITEM TAGS and place them on your SOLD ITEMS
  9. You will then bring your sold items to drop off at your scheduled time.
  10. You will receive a check with your proceeds about 7 days after the sale!

***Remember, shoppers cannot touch and feel these items so any additional information will be helpful when they consider purchasing your items!  If an item is not up to the shopper's satisfaction, the item will be refunded! 

Note: There will be a $5 charge for any items that are sold that are defective or stained.  In addition, please check your inventory to make sure you still have in your possession the items you are selling. If you sell an item, you no longer have, you will be accessed $5.

Tips from our BIG Sellers!

  • Lay the pieces out flat on a clean, uncluttered background for the photo – lay out a flat bed sheet is great for this!
  • Make sure you take photos in a well-lit area with no shadows!
  • Add additional description-NWT, only worn once, all pieces included, any minor imperfections (better descriptions lead to shopper confidence)
  • If you have a name brand, designer or boutique clothing, please list the brand in the description, as many shoppers search by brand!
  • Touch up wrinkled clothing (nothing looks good with massive wrinkles!)
  • If adding jeans/pants, please indicate whether the pants are "Slim, Husky, Regular". You might even consider taking a picture of the label.
  • If adding shoes, please take a photo of the soles of the shoes so shoppers can see the wear.
  • Consider “bundling” items as long as they are the same size/gender.
  • Price your items right.  What would you pay for the item? Also, price your items for our 1/2 off days.
